What we collect, and what we don’t.
This site is six static pages, a booking link and an email address. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and has no accounts, no forms and no shopping cart. The policy below describes exactly that, and nothing we do not actually do.
Controller: Centralux AI LLC

§ 01Who this policy is from
Centralux AI LLC (“Centralux,” “we,” “us”) is a North Carolina limited liability company operating from Fayetteville, North Carolina. This policy covers the public website at centralux.ai and the correspondence that starts there. It does not cover data we process inside a client engagement — that is governed by the written agreement for that engagement, summarized in section 10 below.
§ 02What this website collects directly
Nothing. These pages are static files. We do not set cookies, we do not run analytics or advertising trackers, we do not embed pixels or session-recording scripts, and there is no form on this site that posts data to us.
Two ordinary technical exceptions apply, and we would rather name them than pretend they do not exist:
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider processes standard web-server request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — in order to deliver the page and to protect the site against abuse. We use this only in aggregate, if at all, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from it.
- Web fonts. Typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts. Your browser requests those font files from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which means Google receives the request, including your IP address and user agent. This is the only third-party resource any page here loads.
§ 03What happens when you book a call
The “book a call” links on this site lead to book.centralux.ai, a scheduling page we run on Cal.com. That page is operated by our scheduling provider, not by these static pages.
If you book, you provide: your name, your email address, your time zone, whatever you write in the free-text fields, and — if you choose the phone option — a phone number for us to call. Your booking provider also records the meeting time and confirmation state. We use this information solely to hold the appointment, prepare for it, send you the confirmation and any reminder, and follow up on the conversation.
The scheduling provider processes this information on our behalf as a service provider, under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not use booking data for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you booked a call.
§ 04What happens when you email us
If you write to contact@centralux.ai, we receive whatever you choose to send: your email address, your name, your message, and any attachment. Our email is hosted with a mainstream business email provider under a standard business agreement. We use what you send to answer you and to carry out any work that follows.
Please do not send us sensitive personal information, credentials or live production data by email. If an engagement requires access to your systems, we will set up an appropriate channel for it.
§ 05How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and hold scheduled conversations
- To prepare proposals and carry out engagements you ask us to carry out
- To keep ordinary business records — correspondence, proposals, invoices, contracts
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations
Our lawful bases, where that framing applies to you, are performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering one, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and keeping records, and compliance with legal obligations.
§ 06What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We never have.
- We do not share personal information with advertising networks or data brokers.
- We do not run behavioural advertising or retargeting, on this site or anywhere else.
- We do not use information you send us, or data from any client engagement, to train or fine-tune machine-learning models.
- We do not make automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
§ 07Who we share information with
Only the service providers required to operate a small business, each acting on our instructions: our website host, our scheduling provider, our business email provider, our payment processor for invoiced clients, and our accountant. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
§ 08How long we keep things
- Booking records: for the duration of the conversation and any follow-up, then routinely cleared once the enquiry is closed.
- Email correspondence: while the relationship is active, and afterwards for as long as we need it as a business record.
- Contracts, proposals and invoices: retained for the period required by tax and accounting rules.
- Hosting logs: retained briefly by our host for delivery and security purposes, according to its own retention schedule.
Where we no longer have a business or legal reason to keep something, we delete it.
§ 09Your requests
Email contact@centralux.ai and tell us what you want. You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Send you a copy of it
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it, where we do not have a legal reason to keep it
- Stop contacting you altogether
We answer these within 30 days. There is no charge, we do not require a specific form of words, and we do not treat you differently for asking. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request about existing records.
§ 10Client data during an engagement
Data we process while building or running a system for a client is governed by that engagement’s written agreement, not by this website policy. In summary, and consistently with how we design: each client’s data lives in a tenant provisioned for that client alone; it is not pooled with any other client’s data; it is not used to train models; access is limited to what the work requires; and it is exportable in open formats on request.
§ 11Security
We keep the number of places your information can live deliberately small. Accounts that hold business data use multi-factor authentication, credentials are stored in a password manager rather than in documents or code, and access follows least privilege. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise — but we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects your information.
§ 12Children
This site is a business-to-business website. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
§ 13International visitors
We operate in the United States and information sent to us is processed there. If you are contacting us from outside the United States, you are sending your information to a US-based recipient.
§ 14Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version replaces this one at this address, with a new effective date and revision number in the title block at the top of the page. Material changes will be summarized at the top of the sheet.
§ 15Contact
Privacy questions and requests: contact@centralux.ai, or by post to Centralux AI LLC, 109 Hay St Suite 202, Fayetteville, NC 28301, United States. Related sheet: Terms of Service.
