§ 00 — Contact & intake

Two ways in. Both reach the person who does the work.

Booking a discovery call is the fastest route — pick a time and the conversation happens. Email works just as well if you would rather write first. There is no contact form on this site and no phone queue; both would only put something between you and an answer.

RT-01

Book a discovery call

Our scheduling page shows real availability. Choose a time, tell us in a sentence what your operation does, and the call is confirmed by email with a video link or a phone option — your choice.

Email

Write to us directly if you would rather describe the situation first, send a document, or ask a specific technical question before committing to a call. Replies come from the person who would do the work.

Elsewhere

We post occasionally about the engineering behind these systems. Messages sent through social platforms are read, but a booking or an email will always get a faster and more useful answer.

§ 02 — Discovery call Sequence of operations

What actually happens on the call.

It is a working session, not a pitch. Roughly forty-five minutes, four beats, and no slides.

1

The operation

You describe what the business does and how a job moves through it — who books it, who prices it, who schedules it, who bills it. Mostly we listen and ask about handoffs.

ABOUT 15 MINUTES
2

The part that always goes wrong

We go straight at the friction: the quote that goes stale, the change order nobody billed, the schedule that lives in one person’s head. This is where the useful detail is.

ABOUT 15 MINUTES
3

The sketch

We draw back what we heard as a system: sources, one place they converge, what comes out, where a gate belongs. You correct it in real time.

ABOUT 10 MINUTES
4

Straight answer

Whether there is a build worth doing, which of the four it is, roughly what a survey phase would cost, and whether we are the right people at all. If the answer is no, you get it here.

ABOUT 5 MINUTES
Worth bringing
  • The spreadsheet you are afraid to change
  • A recent job that went badly, and one that went well
  • The list of software you currently pay for
  • Whoever actually keeps the schedule
What you leave with
  • A drawn diagram of how your operation could run as one system
  • A straight opinion on whether to build now, later, or not at all
  • An indicative range for a survey phase, if there is one worth doing
  • No follow-up sequence, no drip campaign, no pressure
Note

Nothing on the call is a commitment. We do not send a proposal unless you ask for one.

§ 03 — Entity of record Business details

Who you are dealing with.

Response times. Email is answered on business days, usually within one. If something is time-sensitive, say so in the subject line and book the earliest slot that works — that is genuinely the fastest path to a person.

Service area. In person across Fayetteville, Cumberland County and the surrounding Sandhills region; remote anywhere in the United States for work that does not need a site visit. Survey phases for field-service operations go far better on site, so we will suggest it where it is practical.

Existing clients. If we already work together, use the channel set up for your engagement rather than this page — it routes to your project, not to general intake.

Recruiters and vendors. Email is fine. We are a small founder-led practice and are not currently hiring; unsolicited outreach will be read but not usually answered.

Privacy. What happens to the information you send through the booking page or by email is described in full on the privacy sheet.

§ 04 — Next

Pick a time that suits your week.

Early mornings and end-of-day slots exist for exactly this reason — most of the people we work with are on a site at eleven in the morning.
